a more Personal Note
If
I had a million dollars...
I would go to Bora Bora for a month or so for total relaxation and fun,
live by the ocean in a tropical climate, surround myself with children,
write books, laugh more often and waaaaay harder!!
I keep
my sanity by...
Practicing the art of being grateful, keep the company of close, positive
friends, read anything positive to expand my knowledge (including almost
all the jokes people send me), enjoy where I'm at right now, dream big,
indulge in a glass of red wine, travel to hot and exotic places, dance
the merengue and sing really "LOUD" in my car.
My favorite
book is:
Feelings Buried Alive, Never Die by Karol Truman because it comes complete
with methods to undo some of the self defeating behaviours we all carry
with us from our past and opens your eyes to new ways of being more positive and in helping others too.
